Erfan is a Technology Specialist in Visual Communications at The Walt Disney Company, supporting the DET Strategic Communications team, which serves VP, SVP, and EVP leadership. His work there includes architecting enterprise platforms, event registration and check-in systems, and internal productivity tools — including Event IQ, an event-attendee analytics dashboard he built and presented internally, which sparked a broader push to bring AI-assisted tooling into his team’s workflow. He has since introduced several of his own AI-built tools into his day-to-day work.
